Personal Stash Month
Start Date: 1:6:0:4

The holidays kill me.

They didn’t used to. But, then again, I used to live with parents who held steady jobs. Now I’m the one with the job and the rent check and the addictions. Let me tell you this about addictions: if you have more than one, sooner or later you’ll be forced to make a choice and one of your addictions will have to get the short shift.

Can you guess which one it was for me?

Stacks of movies. We’ve all got them. Usually with a little piece of paper taped to them reads, “For Future Consideration”. But thanks to an ever-shrinking budget, I decided it was time to finally do something about mine.

So welcome to Personal Stash Month, in which The Author cracks open his Private Film Vault and lets everything spill forth, whether it be good…or whether it be Evil.

Movies Reviewed So Far

Donnie Darko (2001) :: Yes, it’s that damned Indie everyone was talking about months ago. Writer/director Richard Kelly (and producer/Shinning Light of my Life Drew Barrymore) bring us a twisted (and confusing) tale of troubled youth, time travel, and evil rabbits with apocalyptic prophesies.

Manufacturing Consent (1993) :: Noam Who?
